Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, Galaxy J7 Pro smartphones launched

Samsung has just unveiled two new smartphones in its J series. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max and the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro are priced at INR 17,900 and INR 20,900, respectively. The phones will be available via offline retail and Samsung’s online store, with the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max going on sale from June 20, while the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro will be made available sometime in mid-July.

The Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max sport a slim metal unibody design with no bezel on the left and right edges of the smartphone. There is a Home Button in the front with the fingerprint scanner underneath.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a 5.7-inch full-HD display, dishing out 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 octa-core processor, coupled with 4 GB RAM. It sports 32 GB internal storage space, and its external memory is expandable via a microSD card. The Galaxy J7 Max packs 13 MP front and rear cameras. It is backed by a 3300 mAh battery, and runs on Android v7.0 Nougat OS.

As for the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, the handset features a 5.5-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display, dishing out 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution. It is powered by an Exynos 7870 octa-core SoC, paired with 3 GB RAM. It comes with 64 GB internal storage space, and its external memory is expandable up to 128 GB. The Galaxy J7 Pro packs 13 MP front and rear cameras, and is IP54 certified for being splash proof. It is backed by a 3600 mAh battery, and runs on Android v7.0 Nougat OS.
