Though there’s no official word whether Motorola is planning to launch a third-generation Moto G handset at the event next week, a Spanish online retailer has already listed the device on the website. The images of course are identical to the recent leaked images of the handset, hence, there’s reason to believe that the report may indeed be true.
According to the listing, the Moto G (Gen 3) handset will sport a 5-inch HD LCD display featuring 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution, a 1.4 GHz Quad-Core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and external memory expandable up to 128 GB. The handset is also said to include a 13 MP primary camera and a front-facing 5 MP lens. It is a 4G device that is backed by a 2470 mAh battery and runs on Android v5.1 Lollipop OS.
The Moto G (Gen 3) smartphone has dimensions of 142.1 x 72.4 x 11.6 mm and weighs about 155 grams.
It is to be noted that Motorola has sent out invites for an event on July 28, scheduled to take place in New Delhi, London, Sao Paulo and New York.
