Yesteryear Tamil comedian ‘Loose’ Mohan died on Sunday, 16th September, 2012 at his residence in Mylapore after a brief illness. He was 84.
Well-known for his dialogue delivery in Madras Tamil, Mohan, whose real name was A. Mohanasundaram, was born in Kancheepuram. The comedy actor’s last appearance was in “Azhagi” (2002), with Parthiban and Nandita Das playing the lead roles. Mohan played the small role of a politician. He is survived by a son Karthik and three daughters Revathy, Geetha and Lakshmi.
Many Kollywood celebrities including actor Pandiarajan paid last respects to the actor at his residence.
