Sonakshi Sinha confirms pairing with Kamal Haasan

The sexy siren Sonakshi Sinha(Daughter of Bollywood yesteryear star Shatrughan Sinha) who had been offered to step in to play a pivotal role opposite Shruti’s Haasans dad (who is 56 years old) in his upcoming venture has finally signed the contract and agreed to play Kamal’s wife.Reportedly we will see her in two avatars an Indian and a Western. Our close sources report Sir Anthony Hopkins’ Hannibal to be the inspiration for Kamal’s new movie.The movie will go pan India although being made in Tamil there are plans to dub it in Hindi too.Here is an excerpt from the interview we did with Sonakshi and her dad.

Hi, Sonakshi how does it feel to be a part of a trilingual film opposite Kamal Haasan?

I‘m happy that Kamal Haasan has asked me to be a part of his movie. My childhood dreams are filled with memories from movies like Sadma, Ek Duje Ke Liye, Appu Raja and Chachi 420 .I am really awestruck at his caliber. I am thankful to God that this project has come up in a time suitable for me as I am on break after the first schedule of Joker. I will leave later this month for a 45 day schedule to London.Thanks .

When we earlier had questioned her dad about the same this is what he said,
Sir fans are really speaking a lot about the age gap the duo will share, onscreen.What do you think, is it such a big issue?

Certainly not an issue. Kamal Haasan is a fabulous actor with Sonakshi adding to the mixture I think it is only going to get better as the rest of the crew joins in.Age differences are not a problem at all. Back in the day we had some tremendous films with similar scenarios.

Seems like daddy has convinced her daughter well.The 40-plus bracket of the male gaze seems to focus on Sonakshi these days. Starting with Salman Khan’s Dabangg,the ongoing Akshay Kumar venture ‘Joker’ and Shah Rukh Khan also in queue for his next Yash Chopra collaboration.Well, Kamal is a happy man these days for sure.

We always say the star kids have it easy but don’t you think the star kids have their share of pressure too guys?
