Kajal Agarwal takes out a little time in between her on going shoot for the film with Prabhas at Shamshabad. This is an excerpt from the interview with the gorgeous babe who is also the talk of Bollywood these days.

Hi Kajal seems like Bollywood is smitten by you, isn’t it? So how did that offer come about?

Haha, thanks, well Rohit Shetty called me up to tell me he liked what he saw in Magadheera. We have finalized the dates after much talk now as I was a little busy; we will start shooting in Goa this March.
So now you get a chance to act with a Bollywood biggie Ajay, you must be looking forward to it?

Certainly, I always look forward to working with the best in the industry; it is a pleasure to be working with him.

Your Kollywood fans want to know is this the beginning for a long lasting bond with Bollywood.

Not really I really love Kollywood and it is just an occasional stint in Bollywood, I really think acting doesn’t take into account regional barriers. I love acting be it any industry  for that matter.

We agree, your current projects say it all as you are featured in “Mr Perfect” with Prabhas, “Veera” with Ravi Teja, an untitled Ajay Bhuyan film with Naga Chaitanya and “Singham.”

See that is what I was speaking about and if everything goes well by god’s grace I’ll do “Merupu” with my “Maga-dheera” star Ram Charan Tej.

So what do you think about your roles in Tollywood and Kollywood, do you think the days are changing and the heroines do much more than just dancing around the trees?

If you insist on a comparison I would say Telugu films may not be as realistic as Tamil films, but I also have a taste for cinema that is larger than life. I don’t mind dancing around trees. I love it! I think it is changing though.

Your favorite movie that you saw recently, what is the book that you are reading?

Recently I saw Udaan on DVD, it’s a brilliant movie. I am reading a book called “Discussion on Youth” by Daisaku Ikeda and is really awesome .It deals with the problems youth face during work and friends. I am really absorbed with this book it is almost like I am also a part of those discussions.  I enjoyed a good vacation for one and half month precisely. I am looking forward to working really! Thanks.

We are sure your hard work will take you places, keep trying for it Kajal all the best.
