Ronda Rousey, who recently starred in films as The Expendables 3, Furious 7, and even in Entourage, will next be seen in Road House remake.

According to a report published by Variety, the 28-year-old UFC Champion will play the role played by the late Patrick Swayze in the 1989 cult hit. It will undoubtedly be Ronda’s biggest acting role yet.

She took to Twitter to express her excitement about the part and said that is an honor to play the part of someone who inspired so many. She even promised to work incessantly to make sure that the project is a tribute that Swayze’s family and friends can be proud of.

For those who do not know, the original movie was about a hot badass bouncer hired as the head of security at a refurbished bar in a town terrorized by a corrupt businessman. His mantra – To be nice, until it’s time to not be nice!

As for the movie, no other details are currently available yet.
