After tackling issues like religion and blind faith in the spiritual leaders in ‘Oh My God –OMG’, director Umesh Shukla’s latest offering ‘All is Well’ will deal with the subject of family and parental love. The plot of the movie revolves around a modern day family with actors Rishi Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan playing a father-son duo, who although at loggerheads, have love and feelings for each other.

Abhishek Bachchan will be seen essaying the character of a modern day Shravan Kumar, who although does not shows it outwardly, is very much attached and devoted to his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Supriya Pathak. The story is about a bakery owner (Rishi Kapoor) who after facing debt crisis, decides to undertake a road journey along with his wife and son, in order to find solutions to his problems.

How the road trip helps in renewing the falling relationships between the family members is what forms the crux of the movie’s plot. According to director Umesh Shukla, the subject he has chosen this time has a universal appeal and will find connect with the audiences. The movie is set to release on 21st August.
