Udhayanidhi gets a tattoo awaiting new project

Producer and now a successful debutant hero, Udhayanidhi Stalin is a happy man. His comedy run, playing hero in M Rajesh’s OKOK, was in news for taking over Ajith’s 2011 mega release Mankatha. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi that had comedian Santhanam putting up his show, has successfully crossed the 50 day mark

Celebrating the occasion Udhayanidhi and his director Rajesh have been visiting theaters in Hosur and Krishnagiri. The OKOK hero feels he should frequent more of these halls as it helps him get a real feedback from the crowd and connect with them on a personal level. Calling it a memorable debut onscreen, Udhayanidhi has got a new tatoo reading OKOK, inked on his hand. “I love ‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ so much since it successfully launched my acting career in Tamil film industry. So I tattooed its logo on my hand.” He already has tattoos of son Inba and daughter Thanmaya inked in a backdrop of stars, with the OKOK tattoo being his third. The success of the film has instilled fresh confidence in Udhayanidhi’s mind as he doesn’t want to be known for a one hit wonder. Talking about his new project he says, “I have not signed any new projects as lead role! Been listening to scripts! Will definitely let you guys know once it’s confirmed” Guess it won’t be too long that the likes of Vijay and Surya get some healthy competition 😉
