Sonakshi keeps her fingers crossed vis-à-vis film with Kamal

Bollywood’s Sonakshi Sinha is eagerly waiting for the shooting of her debut film in Tamil to start. Daughter of veteran actor Shatrugan Sinha, Sonakshi was roped in to play Kamal Haasan’s heroine in his upcoming film ‘Viswaroopam‘.

The film was to be directed by Selvaraghavan but apparently due to the differences of opinion that arose between him and Kamal Haasan, it was later decided that Kamal Haasan himself would be directing the film. Reports in some sections of the press a fortnight back even claimed that the crew would be leaving for London soon to start the first schedule of the shooting.

Sonakshi had reportedly given ‘bulk’ call-sheet dates right from the month of May itself. To her dismay, she found out only later that the shooting hadn’t commenced as per schedule. She was reportly informed by Kamal Haasan that they would be leaving for London on the 5th of June. Neither did the crew leave on 5th June nor did she hear anything about the change in plans from them.

The lissome babe is now under some dilemma as she had given the bulk dates, which she had kept for her Hindi film assignment, for the Tamil film. Sources close to the actress say that she feels she should have been informed in advance about the delay by the crew so that she could’ve planned the shooting of her Hindi film during these dates.

She is obviously upset about the fact that almost a month has been wasted in waiting for the shooting to commence.
