Samantha in another Gautham Menon flick

The very lovely Samantha has bagged another role in director Gautham Menon’s flick ‘Chennaiyil oru mazhai kaalam’ which is based on a novel by the same name. The project has been resurfaced after a long brake of 4 years.It is to be noted that Samantha garnered much attention working with Gautham Menon in his earlier project ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’.

The movie ‘Chennaiyil oru mazhai kaalam’ will also feature the very beautiful Amy Jackson who lately replaced Trisha Krishnan in Gautham Menon’s hindi remake of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.

Interestingly both of them are the only heroines finalized out of a total of three, while only Shiva’s name has been confirmed as an actor for this flick which will reportedly have four heroes. Nevertheless the rest of the cast will be officially announced by Gautham very soon.

The movie will also see Maestro AR Rahman to join hands after their success with Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.

For the moment it looks like Samantha is stepping on all the right stones
