Keeping busy with his Kannada projects, actor Ramesh Aravind makes a return to Kollywood soon. The actor has hit flicks including Duet, Panchathantiram, and Manmadan Ambu to his credit, and has now signed up for a fresh comedy caper.
Ramesh joins forces with Vivek and Karunas in a new flick titled Machchan. “We started shooting for the movie last week. It’s a fun entertainer, a script that I would usually choose to act or direct”, says the actor / director. Infact Ramesh’ first 2 directorial ventures in Rama Shama Bhama and Sathyavaan Savithri, were all out comedies, gaining good response. His next in Machchan is directed by Sakthi Chidambaram, aptly titled in accordance to the theme of friendship. The film produced under Sakthi’s home banner Cinema Paradise also has the director in a cameo role, in front of the camera. “The movie has Vivek, Karunas and me playing lead in a full fledged comedy release”, confirmed the actor. We do have an awesome three-some here!
