Common global prayer for Rajini to be held on 12th June

Millions of fans of superstar Rajinikanth all over the world would be praying for his early recovery and return to normalcy on 12th June at a joint prayer meeting which would be held globally. Rajini’s fans belonging to various religions and sects would be praying for the star’s speedy recovery at a joint prayer meeting scheduled for 12th June (this Sunday).








The prayer, which transcends all religions, would require Rajini’s fans living across the globe to allot a few minutes as per their convenience in between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. on the said day and pray to the Almighty to bestow on their star a long and healthy life in the years to come.

No specific time has been set as it has been left to the individual fans to decide any time, lasting a few minutes, in between the seven-hour time schedule. The purpose of the joint prayer meeting is that all the prayers, addressed to various Gods, should be over by 05:00 p.m. in the evening. The day-long prayer is likely to be taken in all its seriousness by the superstar’s fans the world over.

The inter-religious prayer is the initiative of a few web-sides dedicated to ardent Rajini fans. The Babaji Temple at Parangipet would be the focal point of the global prayers fixed on Sunday. Special pooja and offering of meals to the poor are part of the arrangements that have been made by the loyal fans.
