Actress Bhuvaneshwari who was arrested twice for allegedly involving in prostitution unfurled the National flag in Chennai. Bhuvaneshwari is now the secretary of Moovendar Munnetra Kazhagam political party’s women’s wing and she unfurled the National flag at their Party headquarters in Chennai on Sunday. Party leaders and others were present at the celebration.
Bhuvaneshwari has been arrested twice for running illegal brothel. She was initially arrested in 2002 for prostitution and released after some time, proving that she was not guilty.
The actress was arrested once again in 2009 for running illegal brothel which had many models from various states. Bhuvaneshwari charged between Rs 10,000 and Rs 1 lakh from the clients. A sting operation was executed by a special squad of Chennai Police in this case and raided the house Bhuvaneshwari was allegedly waiting for her clients. They arrested her along with her two accomplices.
Even Bhuvaneshwari revealed a list of leading actresses who involved in the sex trade. More than this one of the popular daily had published this news officially on their newspaper with photos of the list of actress in much speculation.
