Finally, a date has been fixed for the grand audio-launch of superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming 3-D animation film Kochadaiiyaan which has been in the making for more the past couple of years. It is now informed that the film’s music would be released at a grand event to be held in Chennai on 25th December.
The audio-launch was earlier planned to be held on 12th December to coincide with superstar Rajini’s 63rd birthday but has now been postponed by 13 days. Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai has been chosen as the venue where the function would be held.
The latest postponement is attributed to the non-availability of director Soundarya who had gone abroad to prepare the final prints of the film. A.R. Rahman’s music has created a huge buzz and SPB’s song in it, which was released some time back, has already become a huge hit. That Rajini has sung a song in the Tamil and Hindi versions of the film has increased the excitement levels of his fans.
The audio-launch has been planned in a grand manner befitting Rajini’s stature as the indisputable superstar for more than the past three decades. A clear date about the film’s theatrical release would also be made known to Rajini’s fans when the audio is launched. Invitation cards are getting printed to be sent to fans, print and television media journalists, film industry bigwigs and others.
