Thala Ajith is one of the very few leading stars who don’t throw up any starry tantrums on the sets and elsewhere. The actor, despite his status in the industry, always behaves in a cultured, down-to-earth manner and this fact has been agreed to by almost all the producers, directors, co-stars and technicians who have worked with him over the years.
Presently, Ajith has been personally signing 5,000 posters of his upcoming film ‘Mankatha’. Though director Venkatprabhu told him it’d be enough if Ajith signed just once and that it can be repeated in all the posters, Ajith would have nothing of it and has taken around 5,000 copies of the posters to personally affix his signature in each and every poster.
Meanwhile, the crew of the film was planning to release at least one song from the film (like Simbu did the one-song audio release prior to his latest release ‘Vaanam’) before the star’s birthday on 1st May. The one-song function was to be held in a grand manner much like any audio-launch.
However, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja reportedly poured cold water over those plans. The music director is reported to have made it clear to Venkat that he won’t complete composing any tracks in the film unless the full payment due to him was made. In the mean time, Ajith is busy signing his own autograph on the film’s posters!
