The flick Nadunissi Naaygal has been awarded an A certificate by the Censor Board officials. Even though the movie was awarded a clean chit for the visuals the officials somehow found the narration really chilling and hence went ahead with the ‘A’.
The movie has Sameera Reddy and Veera in the lead roles supported by 4 fresh faces and it is being touted as a real psycho thriller after the vintage 1979 classic ‘Sigappu Rojakkal’ by Bharathi Raja which had Kamal Haasan playing a psychopath.
Nadunissi Naaygal revolves around Veera who unveils his darker side on a fateful night. The movie is said to be an experimental offering both in making and content but can not be completely tagged as a horror flick even though you will have to sum up some courage to watch this one.
Surprisingly Nadunissi Naaygal also gives out a social message which has been well received by the lucky few who got to catch a glimpse of the film.
Releasing this February 11th, 2011 eager fans can look forward to explore their darker sides.
