Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin had to take the court rounds once again in regard of the accusation of him being involved in a land grabbing case. The Red Giant owner had been granted a conditional anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court earlier, who asked him to clear his stand regarding the case filed by Mr.N Seshadrikumar.
Seshadri Kumar claimed himself a victim of cheap politics played by Udhayanidhi, his dad MK Stalin and a few others. According to Kumar, his land at No 8-A, Chitharanjan Das Road, Teynampet was snatched away by the political family at an undesirable rate. They even threatened him to keep his mouth shut about the whole thing but a brave Kumar decided to go ahead and file case with the Crime Branch in a bid for justice. Appearing before the court this past Thursday and being questioned Udhayanidhi admitted that he had rented the house bought by one Venugopal Reddy. It can be noted that the man Venugopal Reddy is on the hit list with others including Rajasankar, Srinivas and one Subba Reddy being accused of helping the producer pull his dirty act, as per Mr. Seshadri’s statement.
A final decision by the court is awaited soon.
