Actress Manisha Koirala is making a return down South. The actress part of Mani Ratnam’s runaway hit Bombay and director Shankar’s Indian, was seen in a mother’s role for Dhanush’s Mappillai. She has now signed up a new Mollywood offer.
Winning praises for her Elektra performance in international circuits, Manisha has Edavapathi coming up as her second Malayalam film. Directed by Lenin Rajendran, the film has is into the second schedule shoots in Munnar. The actress caught a flight, reaching Munnar, Tuesday morning. With her marriage on the rocks, she has been concentrating hard to get her professional career on track. Though her presence in Bollywood is almost negligible these days, Manisha is pinning her hopes down South, which gifted her a popular status once. “She has taken special care of her fitness for Edavapathi her new Malayalam film.
