Madhusudanan, who has been supervising the graphic sequences which form a major part in ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan’s upcoming film Viswaroopam, is a contented man. Madhu has expressed satisfaction at the pace with which the work has been progressing for the past few weeks. Madhu has earlier worked in Kamal-starrers such as Thenaali, Aalavandhan and Unnaipol Oruvan.
Madhu, who has also worked in some Hollywood films, is happy to be working with Kamal Haasan for the fourth time in Viswaroopam. The film, which is being produced and directed by Kamal Haasan, has come to be expected with lots of interest and curiosity by the fans of the star as it’s the star’s first film in more than 18 months to be releasing in theatres.
Kamal is paired up opposite Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jermaiah in the film whose script is said to be dealing with the notorious topic of religion-based terrorism. Talking about his part of the work in the film, Madhu says “The graphic sequences have come out really well; in fact, only a very close look would reveal as to which are the graphic sequences and which are the ‘actual’ sequences. These sequences would neither hinder the story nor the message it seeks to convey.
“These things take a lot of time and obviously, the film’s release has been postponed only because of this work. Though I worked in the Hollywood film Spiderman, I regret at having missed the opportunity to work in Kamal’s Dasavatharam. Fortunately for me, I got the offer to work in Viswaroopam which has made me realize my dreams. I can assure the fans and audiences that the film’s quality would rival the many English films they have watched and enjoyed in the past,” concludes Madhu.
