Readers might recall that actor Jiiva revealed a few days back that he was about to launch his own production house titled ‘Spiral Dreams’ in association with his brother ‘Jithan’ Ramesh. Incidentally, the duo’s father is the noted film-maker R.B. Choudhary, who owns the production house Super Good Films, which has resurrected the careers of many actors and directors.
Probably in the middle of a ‘best spell’ in his life, Jiiva’s cup of joy appears to be over-flowing. Known to have a mettle to take on contrasting roles in films besides successfully straddling the horse of commercial cinema, Jiiva appears to be one of the busiest actors in Kollywood after the mega-success of his latest venture ‘KO’ directed by K.V. Anand.
Jiiva’s ‘Rowthiram’ opposite the curvaceous Shriya Saran would be hitting the screens this Friday. He also has his Kannan-directed ‘Vanthaan Vendraan’ opposite Tapasee Pannu gearing up for its theatrical release soon. Besides these two films, Jiiva has another biggie in director Shankar’s ‘Nanban’, in which he shares screen space with the likes of Vijay, Ileana and Srikanth.
Jiiva has now made public his intentions of opening a food joint specializing in chaat items. In order to ensure that the proposed eatery comes up well, Jiiva recently went around many cities in the North to have an idea of what are all the ‘chaat’ items are served at these outlets so that he could try and do the same in his outlet in Chennai too.
Sources close to the actor say that even the location for the food joint and the various menu to be served have all been finalized.
Would Jiiva take time out to personally serve the food items to customers whenever he is free?
