“Vivek will be the right choice since we wanted a comedian who could match the class and timing of our Mollywood veteran,” said P Balachandra Kumar .He is directing a new Mollywood flick that will now have Chinna Kalaivanar Vivek contributing his comic portions.
Marking his debut in Mollywood in Cowboy, Vivek is keeping his feet firm with fresh projects in Tamil too. The ace comedian has a rib tickling release teaming up with Karunas for Machan, under the direction of Sakthi Chidambaram. For his first ever Malayalam flick Cowboy, Vivek stepped in place of Jagathy Sreekumar, injured in a devastating car accident. He became the ideal choice, as Jagathy could not take up the role for obvious reasons. In Kollywood he has got Hari’s Singham 2 coming up. Then there is Rajinikanth’s Rana, which assuredly has Vadivelu giving him good company. Stepping into new phase in his career, Vivek is also actively involved in his Green Kalam project, planting tress to provide a greener tomorrow. We are sure his Mollywood fans will be a happy lot to have their Chinna Kalaivanar in a very first 😉
