The possibility of both of them pairing up in a film was always there. Somehow, the pairing was just not occurring. Finally, it has now happened. Kollywood’s hunk Vishal would be pairing up opposite Trisha in his upcoming film titled Samaran and directed by Thiru.
Vishal, who had long been billed as a commercial hero, gave a very good account of his acting credentials by taking on an off-beat role in director Bala’s Avan Ivan which also co-starred one of his best friends and actor Aarya. Many in the industry predict that Vishal’s squint-eyed act throughout the film might win him several awards including the national award for ‘best actor’.
The lanky actor is back to his best in Vedi, which released last weekend, in a commercial flick directed by Prabhudeva. After the romantic Engeyum Kaahdal early this year, Prabhudeva is out with a pure commercial venture which has Vishal and Sameera Reddy playing the lead roles. Though Vedi isn’t going great tuns, Vishal has moved ahead and is already looking forward to Samaran with Trisha.
“I have always liked Trisha; in fact, we have known each other very well for the past many years. We have taken part in so many parties together and have many common friends. Meeting at a party and hanging out is vastly different from pairing up opposite the same person; in tat sense, I’m looking forward to my professional bonding with her. It would indeed be different feeling to be shooting with her,” says Vishal.
