Vikram’s Thaandavam will have its next major shoots in the United Kingdom. Produced by UTV Motion Pictures, the unit has completed almost 50 percent of it’s shoots. Even though director A.L Vijay had planned the schedule for the US initially, he had to make some last minute changes, moving on.
He was forced to make an eleventh hour shuffle, since not all his crew members were granted a US VISA. As a result the director chose to head UK, which was also the location for Rajinkanth’s Kochadaiyaan shoots. Goutham Menon and his Neethane En Ponvasantham composer Ilayaraja did make a London trip recording the scores for NEP. Thaandavam director Vijay says, “A location hunt is on at present and things will get shape in a week’s time. The Chennai schedule has completed without much problems.” Vikram’s Thaandavam also has Jagapathi Babu, Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson joining the sets. The film will be a cop thriller with Nirav Shah handling the camera and Anthony doing the editing bit. G.V. Prakash composes music for this project with the art department handled by Naagu. Hang on to Kollytalk for the latest updates on Vikram’s Thaandavam.
