The cast and crew of actor Vikram’s upcoming film Rajapattai are all set to go abroad to shoot the climax sequences of the film, billed as a typical commercial entertainer. In fact, sources close to the director say that as many as Rs.3 crore has been earmarked for the purpose of shooting the climax sequence alone.
After successfully debuting as director in Vennila Kabadikuzhu, Suseendhiran showed the industry that he is adept in making commercial ventures too with the success of his Karthi-Kajal Aggarwal starrer Naan Mahaan Alla. As such, expectations are more on Rajapattai as Vikram is also very keen to present himself in a commercial hero’s avatar in the wake of his character of a mentally challenged person in his latest film Deivathirumagal.
Vikram, who plays a gym instructor in the film, is said to be planning with Suseendhiran in a detailed manner as to how the climax should be shot. Even the stunt sequences have been shot with a pinch of comedy. Vikram reportedly dons many ‘avatars’ in the film and has assured that the stunt sequences in the climax would be a ‘visual treat’ to his fans and movie-goers.
After completing the shooting of song sequences which are currently going on in Tanjavur’s Kumbakonam locality, the crew is all set to leave for some European countries including some spots in Italy which might not have been seen in any film(s) by Tamil audiences.
