Udhayanidhi Stalin gets anticipatory bail in land grab case

Udhayanidhi Stalin accused in land grab case

Red Giant Movies owner and grandson of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi – Udhayanidhi Stalin has been making headlines once again. This time neither is he producing a new movie nor is he turning an actor (cause he is already been there, done that ). The 7aam Arivu producer had made it to the bad books regarding a land grab case registered against him and dad MK Stalin a week back.

One Mr.N Seshadrikumar was made victim when his land at No 8-A, Chitharanjan Das Road, Teynampet was forcibly seized at a lower market value. Seshadrikumar then registered a case with the Central Crime Branch last week saying that the minister and his son had put him under immense pressure to sell his property for a very cheap rate. With the complaint lodged on November 29th under the Indian Penal Code(IPC) a decision was yet to be taken with almost a week gone by. However Udhayanidhi was granted a conditional anticipatory bail by the Madras High Court this past Wednesday, with Seshadrikumar left wondering as to what next.

Who makes the next move !!
