Award winning director Vasanthabalan is gearing up for his Aravaan release this coming month. Being postponed, week after week the movie had a final confirmation for a March 2nd release, announced by producer T.Shiva. For this period flick, Vasanthabalan has entrusted responsibilities with his cinematographer Siddharth, to make things visually appealing.
Siddharth has gained much of his experience assisting one Govind Nihalani in Bollywood. He is really excited that Aravaan has been sent to the National Award committee and is hoping to make his team proud bagging the top honor. For the movie, the cinematographer has used the Red One camera that has become a favorite among Kollywood cameramen these days. Siddharth says, “Vasanthabalan’s script had a huge canvas and only a camera like Red One can capture the grandeur on screen.” The movie has a pumping action sequence that was captured in 7 days. To get a raw feel of the picture Siddharth has shot the scenes in complete natural light. There are some interesting flashbacks scenes in the film that were captured in Kuttralam, and have developed extremely well according to the cinematographer. With the movie selected for the National awards; he is hoping that his efforts return the best results.
Fans will have to wait till March 2nd to give their final verdict on Vasanthabalan’s Aravaan.
