Selvaraghavan to direct Tollywood’s rising star Daggubati Rana

After a loads of family problems, Selva is once again back. Popular Tamil director Selvaraghavan of 2004 runaway hit 7G Rainbow Colony fame, who debuted in Telugu as a director with Venkatesh-Trisha starrer Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule (2007), will soon direct Tollywood’s rising star Daggubati Rana, who made an impressive debut with Sekhar Kammula’s Leader.
The duo will team up in a bilingual to be produced by Suresh Productions in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi with Selva’s usual team: cameraman Ramji and music director GV Prakash Kumar. This untitled film will be a commercial entertainer to be shot in city and village backdrop. Andrea will be the heroine.
The regular shooting will begin after the completion of Rana’s nearing Hindi debut Dum Maro Dum, starring Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Pancholi and Prateik Babbar. More details are awaited.
