Rajinkanth and his Kochadaiyaan crew have headed to Hong Kong for a quikie schedule. The film a 3-D offering, was to wind up it’s visual effects and other technical work in Kerala’s Malabar region. The short Hong Kong schedule came as a last-minute decision by Kochadaiyaan Director Soundarya and supervising head KS Ravikumar.

The Kochadaiyaan shoots, have been kept under tight security all the while. During the concluded Kerala schedule the team had taken special measures to avoid any video leaks from the studio. Strictly concealing matters, Rajini caught his Hong Kong flight from Bangalore on Saturday. His team boarding a separate flight to Bangkok from Chennai joined him soon. Everyone is keeping an upbeat mood at the Hong Kong sets, with Thalaivar giving them a taste of his ‘Panakkaaran’ days. Many Rajiniacs will know that Rajini spoke in all Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi for Panakkaaran and so did he at the sets of Kochadaiyaan . When Rajini spoke to Deepika he conversed in Kannada (her mother tongue), and when he shared the company of Jackie Shroff he quickly switched to Hindi with ease. Other times, Rajini gets back to his Tamil, making his co-stars comfortable sharing a joke or two. “The Hong Kong schedule will go on for 5-6 days. We will be filming some crucial scenes in a state of the art Hong Kong studio.” reports our source. Rajini will be back to Chennai in a week’s time completing the Hong Kong shoots in time.
