Rajinkanth’s upcoming 3-D venture ‘Kochadaiyaan’ has resumed work after a short break. Wrapping up it’s second schedule Kerala shoots, director Soundarya appreciated heroine Deepika Padukone’s recently concluded performance, a classical Bharathnatyam number.
As Rajini and Deeps shots for the song, Superstar Rajnikanth did ask her daughter to avoid any snuggly shots with the young heroine, if in case she had planned any. Director Soundarya was in town attending KS Ravikumar’s daughter’s wedding, which is now over and done. Now Soundarya and her technical team have returned to the Malabar regions in Kerala. Ravikumar and the director, have no actors accompanying them for most of the new Kerala schedule. They plan to focus on the graphics and visual intricacies of motion capture technology used for ‘Kochadaiyaan’. Rajini who is in Mumbai presently will have just a 3 day shoot with Deepika Padukone once the technical part of things is set up. “We are finishing the portions of the film with no actors. Rajini sir is in Mumbai right now and he will join us with heroine Deepika Padukone in a few days,” confirmed a birdie from the sets. The Malabar schedule goes on for another 15 days. Superstar Rajinikanth has promised ‘Kochadaiyaan’ for a Diwali release.
