Superstar Rajinikanth has been hospitalized again on Wednesday night(May 04, 2011) after he complained of severe chest congestion and breathlessness. He was once again admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of St. Isabel Hospital, Mylapore, Chennai.
Doctors said he was suffering from viral infection and bronchitis. He has been advised two days complete rest in the hospital.
Rajinikanth’s hospitalisation last week came on the day on which ‘Rana,’ a mega budget period film in which he is paired opposite Bollywood heroine Deepika Padukone went on the floors(April 29, 2011).
He was discharged the same evening. Since then the actor had no rest as the visitors keep on coming to see the actor and doctors said it took a toll on his health. So doctors have advised the actor to stay on the hospital for a couple of days.
Meanwhile, the shooting of Rana has been postponed for a week. Rana is directed by K S Ravikumar, with whom Rajini had earlier done Padaiyappa and Muthu.
Let us wish our own Superstar a speedy recovery!!!
