Any film which is even remotely connected with superstar Rajinikanth makes big news. Magazines and newspapers spend reams of paper writing and publishing news about the film in which Rajini either plays the lead role or appears in a ‘guest role’ as he did in Kuselan a few years back.
Even as Rajini’s admirers and ardent fans await with bated breath the shooting of his upcoming film Kochadaiyaan, Rajini is said to have spoken to film-maker K.V. Anand, who has made hugely successful films like Ayan and Ko. Rajini is reportedly highly impressed by the script narrated by Anand. If everything goes well, this would be the first time that Rajini would be working with Anand. The reports also said that the proposed film would be produced by Eros Entertainment.
Reports some time back said that Rajini was likely to star in a new film to be directed by Shankar. The film was billed as sequel to his Enthiran: The Robotwhich released in 2010 and garnered unprecedented success at the box-office. However, no official announcement has been made by Shankar as on date. It’s in this backdrop that Rajini’s interaction with Anand assumes significance.
