Entertaining as an actor and a macho dancer Raghava Lawrence, is a handsome package to bet on. The remarkable success of his Kanchana, has made him top choice for producers too. Welcoming new projects, he is soon to play the lead in R. Sundararan (RS) comeback movie in Uyir Ezhuthu.
The very fact that Sundararan, returning from a 15-year hiatus, is resting box office responsibilities with Raghava, means a lot to the actor. He plays a mischievous youth in the flick named Vaseegaran, falling for a singer played by Keerthi, who comes to the village as part of a musical event. Apart from these, Raghava is also directing Telugu flick Rebel starring Prabhas, Tamannaah and Deeksha Seth and playing lead in Rasu Madhuravan’s Paraman. The Rebel director doubles up as music composer for the film. It was his Kanchana teammate Thaman, who gave away the seat to Lawrence Master, wishing him all the best as composer/director for Rebel. For his latest sign-up in Paraman, Raghava plays the hero under Rasu’s direction. “I am currently busy with Mikeset Pandi, which has Sabarish and Sunaina in lead roles. After completing it, I will start Paraman with Lawrence. I am eager to work with Lawrence again,” says the director. Director Rasu and Raghava have worked together for Pandi earlier. The latter’s forthcoming directorial venture in ‘Rebel’ is slated for June 7th 2012, in Tollywood. That’s a handful of projects lined up for Raghava fans.
