Cricketer Sadagoppan Ramesh is all set to make his debut as a film’s protagonist with Patta-Patti 50:50. The film is being directed by debutant Yuvaraj and produced by Sanraa Media in collaboration with Flicker Studios. With the film rolling fast on the floors towards completion, cricketer Ramesh interacted with media channels about this project.
Says Ramesh, “To be precise, I’ve been receiving whole lot of acting offers from a very long time. As a matter of fact, I was supposed to play Aarya’s role in Jeeva’s Ullam Ketkume, but I wasn’t familiar with performing before the lens. Gradually I had to identify myself as an actor, understand my potentials and later got into this field. Many people have been asking me about my minimal role in Santhosh Subramaniam. I hardly appeared in few scenes and yet inherited some traits while acting with Jeyam Ravi and Prakash Raj.”
Patta Patti… is being directed by debutant Yuvaraj, once an associate of directors Raja and Chimbu Devan. Debutant Harini from Kerala stars opposite Ramesh in female lead.
