That Parvathy Omanakuttan, runner up at the ‘Miss World’ beauty pageant in 2008, is Ajith’s heroine in his upcoming film Billa-2 which is being directed by Chakri Toleti is an old hat. The new thing about her is that she wants to look fitter and more glamourous in the film and hence she is hitting the gym vigorously.
The curvaceous Parvathy is mightly excited at pairing up opposite ‘Thala’ Ajith in her very first film. “I couldn’t have asked for a better break in Kollywood, which patronizes heroines from other States in a big way,” says Parvathy who is just the latest addition to the ever-growing list of actresses from her native Kerala who have been doing exceptionally well in Kollywood.
The stunner that she is, Parvathy has as many as four films in Malayalm and Telugu besides her Tamil debut in Billa-2. In order to prepare herself for the character she was to play in the film, Parvathy reportedly watched both superstar Rajinikanth’s and Ajith’s Billa separately to know what the story is all about and have an idea as to what the prequel film Billa-2 would be about.
Parvathy has reportedly decided to up the glamour quotient in the film to several notches more than Nayantara had done in Billa. She also says that she knows that Billa-2 is an action-packed film and that she won’t ‘cross the limits’ in her glamour-filled sequences. In order to maintain her slim and slender frame throughout the film’ shoot, Parvathy is said to be hitting the gym regularly and sweating it out.
Ajith’s fans might be happy to know that Billa-2 also has the sexy and stunning Brazilian actress Bruna Abdullah among its main cast!
The film is a prequel to the actor’s hit film Billa which released in 2007. Interestingly enough, Billa was a remake of the super-hit film with the same title which starred superstar Rajinikanth and released in the early eighties.
