Kajal Agarwal might be hot property in both Tollywood and Kollywood but her recent comments proved to be disrespectful enough leading to her being banned by both the industries. The controversy was stirred by Kajal herself disrespectful comment on the industry, “I have never considered myself a South Indian actress”, during a recent interview held for the promotion of Singam.
Sadly Kajal has been chosen for the Hindi remake of Singam which starred Kollywood star Surya in it’s original Tamil version. Moreover she has also earned her spot in the upcoming Surya – KV Anand flick Maatraan. It is well known that Kajal got her break in Kollywood through ‘Naan Mahan Alla‘ opposite Kollywood heartthrob (now no more, or is he?) Karthi and her other Tollywood flick being Maghadheera, making her the runner for an in demand actress down south.
Now that she has gone Bollywood her remarks on not considering herself a South Indian actress come as an unpardonable statement to not only those who gave her a chance but also her fans who will be really upset.
She now owes a public apology to her fans and the industry, failing which will lead to a ban and loosing out on the current projects too.
