This may be very good news for everyone who like Dhanush and Selvaraghavan in action… The master Storyteller and the young hottest star in kollywood have kick-started their long-awaited project ‘Idhu Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam’. The shooting of the film which was earlier shot for 14 days and then held back again kicked off today in Chennai.

Selva was to do Rana Daggubati’s bilingual film, since the dates for the shooting schedules of Rana’s bilingual film hasn’t been finalized yet, filmmaker Selvaraghavan made a decision on the spur of the moment. Also rumors are in round that the Rana’s film has been dropped.

This Siblings proved their chemistry in past three movies.. Thulluvatho Ilamai, Kathal Konden, and their very last movie Pudhupettai which was Master Piece, even this film could not do great things at the box office, it was class apart in narration and cinematography.

‘Idhu Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam’ revolves around a couple, who have their own dark, hidden secrets.
Selva after break with Sonia Agarwal quiet settled with this movie making. The Tag line of the movie is “Being single is bliss”, so the expectation is all about that Selva may capture his own story.

The film features Dhanush and Andrea Jeremiah in lead role and Yuvan Shankar Raja is out of the Selvaraghavan team while G.V. Prakash is scoring the music. Selvaraghavan’s most favorite cameraman Ramji handles cinematography and the names of the other crewmembers will be revealed shortly.The film is produced by Selvaraghavan’s father, filmmaker, Kasthoori Raja under the banner of RK Productions Pvt. Ltd.

According to the sources, this film will be a quickie and plans are to complete it within a short span of time. Tweeting about the fourth film with his younger brother Dhanush, Selvaraghavan says, “This will be a special film from us and that’s all we can say at this moment…”
