Dhanush’s 3 has got it’s date postponed once again. The film starring Shruti Haasan and Dhanush in lead revolves around the 3 important stages in their lives, from childhood to becoming responsible adults. Releasing as a trilingual it was heard that 3 would hit theaters halls on March 30th.

There are fresh updates that the film has been postponed to an April 12th release, keeping in mind some evident numerological calculations. The producers have felt that going for the Tamil New Year, will stand them in good stead. Oscar winner Resul Pookutty who is handling the sound design for this flick is totally impressed watching the first cut. He has mentioned that both Shruti and Dhanush have lived out their characters beyond expectations. Praises also went out to debutant 3 director Aishwarya, who just can’t contain her joy, making the final calls for the film. The distribution right for the movie is quoted at a staggering 50 crores with the Hindi and Telugu versions, making it to halls after the Tamil version releases. Both the Tollywood and Bollywood versions of the film will be screened by the Censor Board this week itself. April 12th , i.e. “1-u plus 2-u …Munn-u Munn-u !!” 🙂
